Is this how they sense the world? After only one treatment, my senses have heightened. The magnitude of sensory information they process must be stupefying. We could call it synesthesia, because i can actually perceive sound in the visible spectrum. speaking of visible spectrum, the sheer number of colors i can see nearly brought me to tears.

It seems my serum affects the nerves and sense first. I imagine my body will be the last to follow suit for full transformation. I can hear well enough to listen to the sound that erosion makes upon exposed boulders. Taste is magnified a hundredfold and my sense of smell is even more refined. This is so overwhelming I may need to lie down! My queen is here and assures me I’m beginning to smell like her kind. She is so sweet.

One last thing, my friends grasp of the English language is fantastic. They speak it with a very airy and echoing accent, which is fairly off putting. Soon enough though we can all converse in my original tongue.

Yet, still i wonder and worry about how my son is faring in this new world.
