The strangest thing occurred yesterday. one of my lab techs found the swarms of insect-like creatures, which are now safely in stasis, sadly he is no longer with us. The creatures, as it turns out, are in possession of some highly toxic venom. It’s a complex mix of proteins, so much so our current instruments are unable to analyze its components effectively. I volunteered to personally keep an eye on the swarm of extradimensional arthropod-like creatures to see what secrets they might yield. I mean, I might as well. It’s a lot better than idly awaiting rescue, not to mention much less disheartening. We’ve still not received contact from Geneticorp. We are all waiting, some impatiently, some eagerly. It makes me wonder if perhaps time somehow passes here at a different rate than back home. I’m curious…
